Once a custom pen has been purchased, please allow 48 hours for the pen to be made. If portions of the pen are out of stock, an email will be sent alerting you when we expect it to be completed.
When the pen has been completed, we will send you a picture of it via email and give you 48 hours to notify us if it is unacceptable for any reason. If you decide not to purchase the pen at that point, you will receive a 100% refund. Upon receiving your OK, or waiting until 48 hours have occured, the pen(s) will be shipped via the method you selected during purchase.
* The above picture is a representation of what the finished product may look like. Due to differences in the grain of the hardwoods and the patterns of acrylics, the handcrafted pen may vary from the picture. Each pen is unique. Orders containing multiple pens with the same type, trim, and material choices will not necessarily look identical.
