Shipping & Returns

Order Processing:

Orders of in-stock items are normally shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment. Orders for products that must be created are normally shipped within 48 hours of the creation of the item (if payment has been received at that time). Please see the product information page for each product for an estimate of its creation time.

Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will normally ship on Monday. If this is a rush order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We will notify you upon any delay of shipping.

Shipping Costs:

Shipment cost calculations are based on the combined weight, size, and quantity of the items you purchased, as well as the location they are being mailed to. For your convenience, we provide a shipping calculator in the shopping cart to determine your actual shipping costs before you even begin to place your order.

 All orders over $60.00 qualify for free standard shipping!

Shipping outside of the United States or Canada:

At this time we only ship to the US and Canada, but are open to the possibility of extending that service. If you would like an item shipped to a different country, please contact us. If the needs of our customers indicate we should ship globally then we will invest time into determining the most cost effective way do to so.

Back Orders:

Every attempt is made to ensure we maintain enough inventory of our products and materials to ship your product within our normal timeframe, however occasionally a product, or materials to make a custom product, may be out of stock.

We try to indicate any backorder information on a products information page, but should we find after you have placed an order that we do not have adequate stock, you will be notified of the delay within 24 hours of placing your order, and be given a chance to cancel your order if you so choose.

Returns:

*Every item we sell comes with a 30 day money-back satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with an item within 30 days after you received it, simply contact us for instructions on how to return the item.

Once the item has been received in as-new condition, we will refund your entire purchase price (minus shipping).

* - Items that have been customized to include your name, or other identifying features will only be accepted for return if they are defective or contain manufacturing flaws.
